Rubber Stamp Lady University (RSLU) Credits
RSLU 1/18 signifies that one RSL University credit will be given for full-paid class members,
and that 18 credits are needed to receive that class at no charge. Credits for free classes are good only on
classes taught by regular RSL staff - no guest instructors. Check the shop for credits you've earned!


REMEMBER that the money you spend in the shop on your class supplies helps to keep us in business. We THANK YOU for your support!!


CLASS RULES
  1. We require a minimum of 5 students to hold a class. If the class must be canceled due to lack of registrants, all deposits/class fees will be refunded, credited, or applied toward another class - whichever the student prefers.
  2. Classes should be pre-registered and pre-paid.
  3. Unpaid class slots will be given to any customer prepared to pay on the spot.
  4. We must have a name, phone number, and sometimes an e-mail address to reach all students.
  5. If the maximum class limit has been reached, we will continue to take names on a waiting list and form a second class if the minimum can be filled twice.
  6. If you are unable to attend a class, we must have notice at least 48 hours prior to class. Many classes require hours of labor on the part of the teacher in preparing class kits.
  7. If you cancel a class 48 hours prior to the class, you will be given a store credit.
  8. If The Rubber Stamp Lady, Inc. cancels a class for any reason (weather, sick teacher, not enough students, etc.), we will offer a refund or a store credit, as preferred by the customer.
  9. A "No-Show" is not refunded for any reason. The student's kit will be available to pick-up the day after the class.
  10. Kits for class projects are often available for sale. Ask the teacher, or at the front desk for information.
  11. NO FOOD OR DRINK DURING CLASS - NO EXCEPTIONS
  12. Please respect your classmates by leaving your minor children at home unless they are paid participants of the class. Our minimum age is 12 years old for a child to participate in adult classes, unless permission is given by the teacher.
  13. Crops are restricted to those 18 years and older. If you wish to crop with younger scrapbookers, please make arrangements at the desk for a private crop.
To register for a class, call the store at (256) 880-1106 with your credit card number or come by in person to make your class selection and pay your class fee. Reservations may be made by mail with an enclosed check or credit card information. However, if reservations are made by mail, the classes will be reserved in the order in which they are received, not postmarked.
